Founding Growth Engineer

Role Description

Part-time, based in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area with flexible WFH. You’ll own growth engineering — website, funnels, analytics, and experiments across paid and organic channels.

Ideally, you have experience in modern web stacks (TypeScript/React/Next.js), analytics (GA/ETL/Looker), and performance/SEO.

What you’ll do

- Ship growth experiments rapidly (landing pages, onboarding, messaging).

- Instrument analytics, build dashboards, and run A/B tests.

- Partner with design and product to scale what works.

Qualifications

- Strong software fundamentals with a bias to ship.

- Experience with web performance, SEO, and analytics tooling.

- Comfortable operating independently and iterating fast.

- Startup or go-to-market engineering experience is a big plus.

Location: Helsinki Metropolitan Area (hybrid).
