Founding Designer / Product Lead

Role Description
Part-time, based in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area with flexible WFH. You’ll own product design and product leadership end-to-end — from research and strategy to pixels, prototypes, and production quality.
Ideally, you have experience in product design and HCI, strong systems thinking, prototyping, and design tools (Figma). Frontend familiarity (React/Next.js) is a plus.
What you’ll do
- Drive product discovery, UX, and design systems.
- Prototype quickly and work closely with engineers to ship.
- Shape product strategy and roadmap with the founders.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating well-reasoned product and visual design.
- Fluency with modern design tools and rapid prototyping.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering and iterating fast.
- Startup or zero-to-one product experience is a big plus.
Location: Helsinki Metropolitan Area (hybrid).
